Area of responsibility

The Public Relations Officer deals with any form of communication within and outside the choir as a first responder and acts as the spokesperson of the choir. This position contributes directly to the 3rd objective of the strategic plan: “Strengthening relationships between choirs and community, including the use of IT.”

The main task.

  • Managing the internal and external communications of the choir.
  • Spokesperson of the choir
  • Handling invitations in support of the general secretary and other secretaries
